Wahayy, intertubes have been reconnected

Made the big move, lots of driving, packing and sailing. England is nice, everyone has been really friendly so far. Learning lots of new stuff, feels great to be expandin my skills. Threw on a few pictures I did while I was bored (amazing how boring it is when you've no job, no tv an no net, nearly went mad @_@)

Today I found the best tool in Photoshop. It only took me about 6 years, and it's the navigator.
I've known about it for ages, and I just found it annoying and in the way of my workspace. It's unreal the difference having a thumbnail in real time to look at can make. I would have been fairly vigilant in zooming in and out to keep an eye on overall composition (someting drilled in in lifedrawing) but it doesn't compare to the navigator. Use it if you're painting images in PS.. its vital !

So hopefully my next images will show this improvement

goin to monte carlo for a conference, pity the formula one isn't on ill rent a moped and fly round the track wonder what exotic things i shall find. will take some photos of the wonders

been fairly productive the last while, feels good to get crap done. some nice ideas floatin round upstairs. learning some new programs and keeping up with painting can be time consuming though. got loads of stuff to upload to the gallery, however not having the interweb is foiling my plans. the lack of internet choice in dublin is ridiculous. you'd swear ranelagh was a bog in the back of nowhere at this rate. will be forced to get it wireless which is a pain. finally got a nice big desk to work on at home, though knowing me it will just get smaller and smaller as things in my room reclaim it >:d

went to see sweeney todd on the weekend, was a nice break from the usual films ive been seeing recently. forgot that it was a musical, some nice songs in there.. maybe pickup the score if there is one out. the gore came out of nowhere, but tim burton eh. loved the exagerated way people died... kinda funny it was so overe the top. also funy watching squirm at the bloody mess.

Deadly buzz... anyways this place is dusty Doing some paintings and stuff. Might as well upload em Should have some 3D up soon also...
